Edinburgh University Students’ Association

Gender In The Contemporary World

BRIEF
As part of my job at Edinburgh University Students’ Association, I had to design a campaign to promote a new course at the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh. It was one of the first campaigns to be based on their new branding guidelines.

SOLUTION
I decided to use colourful graphics inspired by cubism to depict the multi dimensional role gender has had throughout the years. The campaign was very successful and resulted in reaching the goal for amount of students who signed up for the new course.

BRIEF
For this project I had to redesign the staff handbook for Edinburgh University Students’ Association. This handbook outlines some of the key information about their workplace and explains how staff are key to the success of the organisation.

SOLUTION
The new design was warmly appreciated by staff and printed in 10,000 copies. The Lead Designer called it “the best handbook we’ve ever had”.
